Concentrated nose filled with preserved peach, wildflower honey, and poached pear. Great weight and texture on the palate, creamy with a long flavourful finish. Serve slightly chilled.

2010 Viognier

Winemaking Notes

Sourced from low-yielding vines, the grapes were picked and sorted by hand, de-stemmed, and gently pressed. After cold settling, clear juice was racked and fermented slowly in stainless steel for. Aged post-fermentation in stainless steel without malo-lactic fermentation, kept on light lees for three months until final filtration and bottling.
